Peggy Venable to Speak at September Meeting
Peggy Venable of Americans for Prosperity will be our speaker at the September 26 meeting.
Since 2003 Peggy Venable has been the Texas Director for Americans for Prosperity. A native Texan, Peggy has worked in government, in the political arena and in the private sector for over 30 years.

The runoff for the Republican Primary is July 31. Early voting runs from July 23-27. The big race is for U.S. Senate between Ted Cruz and David Dewhurst. Village Republican Women will hold its candidate forum on July 24.

Member of Month – Theresa Cosmoski
Village Republican Women salute its Member of the Month, Theresa Cosmoski. Theresa is a member of the Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees, first elected in 2003 and reelected in 2006 and 2009. She has served in various officer and chair positions but has a particular interest in public education policy and legislative issues.
