Member of the Month — Mary Grace Landrum
If you want to see an example of a purpose driven life, Mary Grace Landrum is your gal! She has been championing the cause of excellence in education her whole adult life.
Graduating in 1972 from Franciscan University (that’s in Ohio y’all) Mary taught children with special education needs and started the first PTA for Parents of Special Needs. She went on to earn her Masters at UT and entered the corporate world by founding Landrum and Associates, an HRD consulting firm specializing in employee and organizational effectiveness solutions.
She has been honored over the years by numerous organizations in the business world as well as the community for her volunteerism. She served on the Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees for two consecutive terms, as well as Boards at the Post Oak YMCA, One Voice Texas, and the Spring Branch Educational Foundation.
A wife and mother, she also found time to campaign vigorously for her husband, Michael Landrum’s campaign for judge in the last election. We are privileged to have her in our club.
