Bill Frazer is NOT a politician, but a CPA who loves Houston and wants to keep the City out of bankruptcy. Bill has over 35 years of experience in the Financial Services industry – 26 of which as the CFO of one of the world’s leading commercial real estate financial services firms. He is a past President of the Houston CPA Society and has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Society of CPA’s for the past 20 years.
Bill and his wife Jean have two children, Jennifer and Jeremy, who both attended public schools in Houston through High School. They are active members of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church as well as other community and charitable organizations.
