ONE WEEK!!!!   That’s all the time you have left to RSVP for VRW’s Spring Fundraiser and Fashion Show.   There are a few seats left so go to your computer for the invitation and to RSVP. What do you think of when you hear the word Spring?  Flowers, Sunshine, Delicious sandwiches with Sweets, Gorgeous new clothes, fun with friends?  Our British Luncheon promises all that and more.  Don’t miss this fun day….see the invite in this NL.

October 3-5, 2019, Moody Gardens will be hosting TFRW’s Bi-annual Convention.  Mark your calendar early to participate in everything TFRW will be bringing to us.  It is not often we have TFRW’s convention in our backyard making it easy to attend.  As co- chair of the Finance Committee, I will be sending out information soon on how you can help Village achieve their part for the Convention.

With the good News our Country has received in the last few weeks and the exoneration of President Trump, it’s easy to feel like winners, but do not become complacent and believe our problems are over.  We still have a lot of work ahead of us for the 2020 elections and the work starts now if we want to win the Presidency.  Become a Precinct Chair, identify your candidate and work in their campaign, keep yourself informed on current issues and decide your plan of action from here.

If you would like to go to Legislative Day on April 25, we have a couple of seats left on our bus.  RSVP to Rajada  for your seat.  See you then!
