What an exciting year in American politics!  Choose to look at it through THE EYES OF FAITH NOT FEAR!  The end result will be the same but your days will be much happier!

Saying that, We, educated Patriots, still need to be active in making the outcome the best we can.  A major theme the Republican Party is finally embracing is VOTE STRAIGHT TICKET!

When I was younger I felt that I should only vote for people I had researched.  I didn’t think the down ticket positions played much of a part in my life. Now that I am older and wiser…. I realize how wrong I was.  The further down the ballot, the more local the race, the more my vote counts!

This year, if we are going to get all those Democrat Judges that came in with Obama , to leave with Obama,  we must vote straight ticket  AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE WE TALK TO , TO DO THE SAME!

Here is your rebuttal for anyone who thinks they shouldn’t vote on races where they don’t know the candidate:  Vote straight ticket except for the particular race you know a Democrat you prefer.  Otherwise, BY NOT VOTING ON ALL THE RACES, you are giving the Democrat you don’t know the vote instead of the Republican you don’t know.  Even if you don’t know them, which one is closer to your philosophy? Democrats vote straight ticket!

I hope to see you at the lunch Sunday April 3rd at Cafe Adobe with City Councilman Greg Travis to discuss the “State of our city”. Downgraded financials, lawsuit on term limits, Fountainview Project, Recycling Issue, Gessner widening, lots of issues to know about.

Then you can’t miss Dr. Neil Frank on Global Warming.  I am sure he will give you facts to arm you against the liberals who think this is the most important issue for our future!
